1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, digital content, and services processed through the webshop of Rüdiger Köppe Verlag.
Rüdiger Köppe Verlag is an imprint of Clavis Aurea Publishing B.V., operating under the Clavis Aurea brand.

1.3 Deviating terms or conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. OFFERS AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.1 Product presentations within the webshop do not constitute legally binding offers but rather invitations to place an order.
2.2 By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
2.3 A contract is concluded only upon explicit acceptance or dispatch confirmation by Clavis Aurea Publishing B.V.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Shipping costs are stated separately and displayed transparently during the order process.
3.3 Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered within the webshop.
4. DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY
4.1 Deliveries are generally fulfilled from the Netherlands.
4.2 Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4.3 If a product is temporarily or permanently unavailable, the customer will be informed accordingly.
5. RETENTION OF TITLE
Goods remain the property of Clavis Aurea Publishing B.V. until full payment has been received.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers are entitled to statutory withdrawal rights as set out in the separately published withdrawal policies.
7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
7.1 Statutory warranty rights shall apply.
7.2 Clavis Aurea Publishing B.V. shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
7.3 These limitations of liability shall not apply where mandatory statutory liability provisions or essential contractual obligations apply.
8. DIGITAL CONTENT AND PERMITTED USE
8.1 Separate terms and withdrawal provisions may apply to digital content.
8.2 Digital publications made available through the webshop are intended solely for personal, academic, research, and lawful use.
8.3 Without prior written permission from Clavis Aurea Publishing B.V., digital publications may not be systematically reproduced, redistributed, extracted, scraped, mined, indexed, automated, or otherwise processed for:
• machine learning,
• artificial intelligence training,
• dataset creation,
• large-scale computational analysis,
• commercial text and data mining,
or
• comparable automated or data-driven purposes.
8.4 The unauthorised commercial redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or mass dissemination of digital publications is prohibited.
8.5 Clavis Aurea Publishing B.V. reserves the right to implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect its digital publications and intellectual property.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with the published Privacy Policy.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
Dutch law shall apply, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of habitual residence.
Applicable law of the European Union shall remain unaffected.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
