This withdrawal policy applies to digital content not supplied on a physical medium, including E-Books, digital publications, and downloadable content.
A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or professional activity.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your communication is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal for digital content expires once:
• performance of the contract has begun,
• the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance before expiry of the withdrawal period,
and
• the customer has acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
