A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or professional activity.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after:
• the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods,
or
• in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order, the day on which the final item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided.
Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notification of withdrawal.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• customised or personalised products,
• sealed goods where the seal has been removed after delivery,
• digital content once performance has begun with the customer’s express consent,
• newspapers, journals, or comparable periodical publications where legally permitted.
